Do you have an appetite for this? Well at Rajdhani you can test it for sure. As the name suggests, it is a Pure vegetarian restaurant with its roots all the way from India. With more than a decade and half old, Rajdhani was relaunched in Dubai recently. Thali served with a traditional blend of both Gujarati and Rajasthani cuisine. Right from Dhokla to began with until and the some rice to finish at; and not to forget their famous AAM RAS, there is a lot which is served in between. One of the best in hospitality, your says stomach says no but your heart can resist when the host says “a little more please, Just a little more.”
Look at the size if this Thali
Back in Mumbai (India) when people were still getting introduced to foreign cuisine, Rajdhani took a dare to serve the home food delicacy right under one roof with luxury ambiance at Inorbit Mall Malad. I still remember, the royal interiors and posh sitting arrangement, food served in a big thali and was all unlimited. Rajdhani soon became one of the most popular restaurants for dining in. Nevertheless, it kind of started losing its charm as the young generation was no more interested in home food joints like Subway and Pizza hut took place instead.
When I got to know about Rajdhani in Dubai being relaunched, I couldn’t stop myself, I guess I am a little old school that way or maybe it is the true gujju side of me. Fridays are famous mostly for every restaurant in Dubai so naturally, this place was overcrowded on weekends. But the food is worth waiting, it becomes so much difficult to decide on which one to began with as there are soo many options served and trust me each and every dish was yummylicious. The very first bite took me back in time to my first visit ever to Rajdhani in Mumbai, Such a filmy flash back I tell you.
If you are looking to visit Rajdhani – Ek khandani Parampara, make it happen by the end may as I am sure you don’t wanna miss the treat of the season… Aamlicious!!!
